*1)Noreen Whysel will provide insight on her due-diligence work and how she organized and ranked her findings relating to Baseline Requirements and Supplemental Guidance.  &lt;br /&gt;
**Noreen shared the overview / interview document from her usability work and took the team through a number of the sections in the text.   These were about the Registry Phase 1 Requirements. The review at today’s meeting was mostly done to update the folks from Early Adopters on the results from the usability feedback that she collected.    &lt;br /&gt;

*2) Tom and Jeff Brennan have devoted time to reviewing Noreen’s finding for Privacy and will be providing their recommendations – what is not reviewed during this meeting will be the opening discussion next week.&lt;br /&gt;
** Tom reviewed the text for Privacy Requirements modified from IDEF version 1.  This document was attached to the Agenda for today’s meeting.&lt;br /&gt;
*3) Mary Hodder, Project Manager – update: 12:50 to 1:00 p.m.&lt;br /&gt;
**Mary and Valerie have been working on the Statement of Work.  They are putting together a more practical (specific) list of requirements to work from including details. They will plan out how many agile cycles of development work they expect to do. &lt;br /&gt;
