*There will be a contract extension coming for Noreen’s work. She will be cleaning up the draft and building content for a few other sections.
*Tom sent an email to Mary recently discussing the philosophy of User Experience for IDESG. A discussion in the meeting took place. This would be a good topic to take place prior to V2 of the requirements.
*Tom volunteered to review Noreen’s document and will comment. Looking at it, he suggested there is a need to be more inclusion about the audience and its purpose.
*Jenn Behrens will ask NIST, via the FMO, for permission to turn in the document later than planned; possible two weeks within UX and another two months to go through the IDESG process for approval.
Noreen suggested we add a user case example of how the Guidelines and metrics page could be used. There are a few examples in the document already, one example, how easy it is to find a trust mark.
