The Use Case AHG was initiated by the Standards committee of the IDESG, with the goal of gathering IDESG relevant use cases from the IDESG membership community. The AHG meets weekly on Wednesday 4pm EDT, please see [http://www.idecosystem.org/calendar-events the IDESG calendar] for meeting details. AHG activities are driven by the [[Use Case Lifecycle]], in particular we support the analysis and update of use cases during the Working Draft stage.

==== Use Case Working Drafts ====

The Use Case AHG reviews the use cases in Working Draft stage and provides feedback to use case contributors with the following goals:

* Removing implementation specific details
* Applying the updated template and guiding consistent appearance
* Ensuring the Use Case addresses one or more Guiding Principles and is complete

Upon completion of the review, we inform the Standards Coordinating Committee that the use case is ready for Committee Review status. The SCC may then notify the IDESG committees and stakeholders that the use cases are ready for review and comment. Again, please see the [[Use Case Lifecycle]] for more details.

All IDESG members are welcome to contribute Use Cases to the wiki. The current collection can be viewed at [[:Category:Use Cases]]. Please familiarize yourself with the current contents, and do not duplicate existing use cases (variations on use cases are welcome, however!) If an existing use case is near the topic you wish to contribute, and does not appear to have been developed yet, consider adopting that use case.

If you wish to contribute a use case, please use the following form. As you name your use case, please concisely describe the action that the use case captures. For consistency, the use case title should end with "Use Case". Please review the names of current use cases at [[:Category:Use Cases]] for familiarity with the naming approach.
