The IDESG Identirama is based on the open source MediaWiki software, which is the same software used by Wikipedia. There are many resources available freely on the Internet, as well as books and other materials which can be purchased, which will teach you how to use MediaWiki. These resources range from basic level tutorials to in-depth advanced topics.
The best way to locate materials for your specific needs is to use a search engine such as Google and include 'MediaWiki' as a keyword. We also list a few links below which may be helpful:
- The MediaWiki Help section is a great resource.
- If you prefer reading a book for a guided detailed walk-through, a good one is Working with MediaWiki.
- Here is one good getting started guide.
- Here is a playlist of YouTube videos.
- Here is a video of the features and how to use the IDESG Wiki
