’’’Meeting Minutes’’’
- This is the first meeting of the Agile Advisory Team. The Team will be working on Phase 2 of the IDEF Registry.
- Mary Hodder is the project manager. Her experience is in product development and usability engineering. She oversaw Phase 1 development. Mary, Early Adopter, Noreen and Carl Mattocks were on the team at that time. Mary was previously on the IDESG Board. She was previously the chair of the User Experience Committee. Jim Kragh took over that responsibility in November, 2017. This team will bring usability input to Phase 2 of the Registry. Mary has distributed the Statement of Work to Early Adopter.
- Noreen Whysel has been with IDESG since its inception. She was vice chair of the UXC for one year. She stepped down in that role to do usability work for Phase 1 of IDEF Registry and has since done a number of interviews with people who have self-attested on the Registry. - Jeff Brennan has been involved with the IDESG since it was formed. His involvement was with the Privacy Committee. He is the fourth Chair of the Privacy Committee since it was originally formed. His background is in sales and marketing. He works with startups and guides them around the U.S. and EU.
- Jim Kragh been involved with Healthcare work for some time and at one time had his own development company.
- The team would like to have Noreen work on usability for Phase 2 of the Registry.
- Kay will work with Mary to help develop the contract for Noreen.
- Kay Chopard Cohen is a JD. She was at the Fed at one point. She has been working with non-profits for a number of years. She was the Executive Director for IDESG 2012-2014, left and came back in October 2017 as a contractor/Executive Director.
- Administrative work is the focus for January; the team will dive into development February 1.
