Synopsis:	The policy to be used to grant use of the IDESG Trust Mark or listing service. Includes governance process definitions and structures, roles and responsibility, pricing parameters, on-boarding and approval processes. Plenary must approve.
Deliverable Audience:	IDESG Plenary, to understand the nature and qualifications of the Early Adopter participants in the Interim ID Ecosystem. Assurance professionals and Early Adopter candidates, to understand obligations and requirements.
Anticipated result:	The deliverable will form the basis of the Interim Trust Mark Program.
Anticipated start date:	16 October 2013 (Gaithersburg Plenary)
Anticipated delivery to TFTM date:	15 April, 2014 (IDESG Inc. start of operations)
