USER EXPERIENCE COMMITTEE MEETING NOTES

The meeting started with Tom Jones reading his changes to definitions of roles for authentication provider, authorization provider, attribute provider and intermediary provider under framework category on the wiki under trust framework membership validation page. The team was in agreement with Tom’s changes.
Noreen Whysel has completed most of her work interviewing self-attesters from the IDEF Registry. She completed 6 interviews of those people willing to participate; 10 was the original target. Noreen will present her findings during the TFTM meeting on October 11, 2017. The meeting will be recorded and those individuals who are not available to attend can receive a copy of the recording by asking Mary Hodder hodder@gmail.com or Linda Braun lbraun@inventures.com

The spreadsheet shows the results for people who responded to the requirements. It shows the requirement, questions or comments they made and whether or was positive or negative and recommendations.
The Team discussed how to take the feedback from Noreen’s interviews and see if they could be added to the supplemental guidance. They started with the neutral, negative feedback comments and recommendations in the spreadsheet then went on to look at the summary report.
Mary suggested that the team look at the UX Committee functional baseline requirements and supplemental guidance and determine if there is anything that needs to be updated based on Noreen’s survey results. It is suspected that there won’t be any changes to the baseline requirements, but there may be things in the supplemental guidance that could be addressed.
