Title: Trusted Assistants
Use Case Description: Authorize selected other people to receive requests for help and access location information.

Use Case Details

Actors:

  • A person with a disability who may need help in navigating the community
  • Other persons trusted to provide assistance


Goals: The person with a disability needs to be able to request assistance based on current location, without revealing their location or need to untrusted parties.
Assumptions: The user may not know their current location (they may be lost or disoriented).
Requirements: The action needed to request assistance needs to be as simple as possible (for example, it must not require typing addresses or location information.)
Process Flow:


Success Scenario: Request reaches trusted party nearby.
Error Conditions: Request or location information reaches an untrusted party.
