USER EXPERIENCE COMMITTEE MEETING NOTES

November 28, 2017
Attendees:

  • Mary Hodder
  • Tom Jones
  • Jim Kragh
  • Noreen Whysel
  • Linda Braun, Global Inventures

Meeting Minutes

  • Highlights of the meeting.
  • Tom noted that these requirements apply specifically to ordinary users of web sites in their normal interactions with the organizations that perform the Self-Assessment Listing, called entities in this document. It is not meant to apply interactions of the entity with professionals that have contractual relations with the entity.

  • Categories for use by applications to determine applicability of requirements. In the first version of the IDEF requirements the Core Operations were used as categories. These caused problems with the participants and the Roles seem to fit their expectations better so the modifications were made to the Roles that are used as categories. Also it is expected that once the categories are used to select the requirements, they no longer are used to calculate the results of the evaluation as those caused a great deal of confusion in the scores given to the participants.

  • Tom continued to review the remainder edits on the requirements with the team. There are a few remaining edits that the team will review at the December 5 meeting.
  • USABLE-6. USABILITY USER FEEDBACK - Was changed to USABLE-6. USER FEEDBACK.

All communications, interfaces, policies, data transactions, and end-to-end processes provided in digital identity management roles MUST offer a mechanism to easily collect USERS' feedback on usability.

  • Adjourn
    • 1:01 p.m. EDT

  • Next UXC meeting is scheduled for December 5, 2017
