- The meeting this week was dedicated reviewing a wiki page and spreadsheet on a user’s understanding of how exposed they are to a system they are visiting or are in as a known user.
- Tom Jones has led this project with the notion that we could help a user understand through a possible color coding or symbolic notification system that would be easy to understand
- The wiki page explaining the project premise is here:
- And the spreadsheet mapping the "LOAs vs. User Understanding of their exposure to a system" is here:

- Mary Hodder asks others to review and provide feedback.
- Next Tuesday after we review comments, we'll send this along to the Privacy and Security committees for their comments.
- One thing we discussed was the idea that IDESG could make a requirement that cookies ought to be "secure" meaning that other entities couldn't read what's in them because they are revealing.
- Adjourn
- 1:05 p.m. EST
- Next meeting is scheduled for February 21, 2017.
