  • Individual of the Identity Ecosystem subject to the Identity Ecosystem Framework
  • One or more other parties, such as an Identity Provider, Relying Party, Attribute Provider, Assessor or a Criminal of Fraudulent external party, that has caused the liability resulting harm or otherwise is relevant to the allocation of liability, damages, risk management or other material facets of the Use Case.
  • Speculative: Trust Framework Provider, if Trust Framework means a contractual multiparty system that is capable of defining and enforcing liability limitation through it's participation agreements, financial reserve funds, insurance or bond risk mitigation or other measures and the Trust Framework has an IDESG approved Trustmark, or perhaps a Trustmark of an approved accreditation or certification organization that IDESG has duly approved under the Identity Ecosystem Framework in some relevant manner connected to individual liability in the way the use case surfaces the issue.
