  1. Roll call; Quorum determination

  3. Agenda Review
    • reviewed without objection
  4. All Chairs call update
    • virtual Plenary is planned for December 16
      • there will be votes on key deliverables including the SAP
    • in-person Plenary is planned for January 28 through 30 at GTRI in Atlanta
    • Madman agreed to raise the attribute assurance work in the next all chairs call for Jerry
    • the rules of association are being revised; the big problem is term limits which currently coincide which does not allow for continuity of operations
    • the code of conduct and the code of ethics have been posted
  5. Security Requirements
    • there was lots of discussion about the definition with no consensus
